What is ICT Sessions?
ICT Sessions marks the time windows that ICT teaching treats as the moments when institutional order flow concentrates. The four killzones are Asian, London, New York AM and New York PM. Each is shaded on the chart and its high and low are tracked as a box, which extends into the next session once the window ends.
The Silver Bullet layer adds ICT's three one-hour setup windows, which sit inside the killzones. Killzones are on by default and Silver Bullet is a separate toggle. The script marks when to look; finding the fair value gap itself is a job for the Imbalances script.
This is a closed-source premium script. It runs on Altrady's servers, so only its output reaches your chart and its code is not published.
Components
ICT Sessions combines 2 tools in one script. Each one has its own switch in the settings.
- ICT Killzones. The Asian, London, New York AM and New York PM windows, each shaded, with its high and low tracked as a range box that extends into the next session. On by default.
- Silver Bullet. The London, New York AM and New York PM one-hour Silver Bullet windows, shaded and range-tracked. A finished window's box stays where it ended. Off by default.
How to use ICT Sessions
- The killzone range. The high and low of a killzone are where the next session often reaches for liquidity. A sweep of the Asian range during London is a classic ICT read.
- The midline. With Show Midline on, each killzone range gets its 50% level, a reference for premium and discount inside the session.
- Silver Bullet hours. The one-hour windows where ICT expects a displacement and fair value gap to set up. Many traders only look for entries inside them.
- Entering and leaving a window. Alerts on each window's start and end let you be at the chart when it opens without watching the clock.

How it works
Every bar whose open falls inside a window is shaded and counted towards that window's range. The script tracks the highest high and lowest low from the window's first bar to its last. The Asian killzone crosses midnight UTC and still produces one range.
The default killzones are 20:00 to 00:00, 02:00 to 05:00, 07:00 to 10:00 and 13:30 to 16:00 UTC. The default Silver Bullet hours are 08:00 to 09:00, 15:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 20:00 UTC, which are the New York times shifted by the winter offset. Every window is a text setting, so you can move it by an hour when daylight saving changes New York time.
Each window fires an alert when it starts and another when it ends. Where a Silver Bullet hour sits inside a killzone and both layers are on, the Silver Bullet shading replaces the killzone shading on those bars; the boxes and alerts of both are unaffected.
Limitations
- Daylight saving is manual. The windows are fixed in UTC. When New York or London changes its clocks, you shift the windows yourself.
- Lower timeframes only. A bar wider than the window makes the range meaningless. One hour is the coarsest timeframe where killzone ranges carry information, and 15 minutes or below suits both layers.
- One tint per bar. Overlapping windows do not blend. The later layer's colour wins on shared bars.
- Time is not a setup. A killzone says when ICT expects activity, not that there will be any, or which way it will go.
- Crypto has no session open. The windows come from traditional market hours. On crypto they still matter to many traders, but there is no official open or close behind them.

ICT's three one-hour windows, inside the killzones, where a displacement and fair value gap setup is expected. This script marks the windows; the Imbalances script finds the gaps.
No. All windows are in UTC and are text settings, so you shift them by an hour when New York changes between winter and summer time. For summer time, the London Silver Bullet becomes 07:00 to 08:00 UTC.
Four. kz_entered and kz_exited for the killzones, and sb_entered and sb_exited for the Silver Bullet windows, each naming the window in its message.
Yes. ICT Sessions is a closed-source premium script. It runs on Altrady's servers, so only its output reaches your chart and the code is never shared. You buy it once in the Altrady marketplace, on its own, in the Sessions & Time bundle or in the Altrady Complete Suite, and it needs a paid Altrady plan to run. It is also included with your first annual Premium subscription.
