It may take a couple of minutes after adding the API key for balances to appear.

- Ensure you selected a market with the correct quote currency (USDT or USDC)
Does Toobit support Hedge Mode and One-Way Mode?
Toobit only supports Hedge Mode. There is no option to switch to One-Way Mode when trading on Toobit via Altrady.
Can I close a manual position if there is an exit order already open?
Not on Toobit.
Toobit does not allow overwriting orders.
If you try to place a close order while an exit order is still open, Toobit will reject it.
Solution:
Delete the open exit order manually → then place the close order.
(This limitation does not apply to Smart Orders or Smart Positions.)
Can I reduce leverage on an isolated-margin position?
No — Toobit does not support decreasing leverage on open Isolated Margin positions.
You can only increase leverage.
Once leverage is increased, it cannot be lowered unless the position is fully closed.
